These are the terms for working with Press and Play, written in the same plain words as everything else here. By starting a project with me, you agree to them.
The service
Press and Play builds your website and helps bring in customers. Every project is agreed with you first, built to what you ask for, and set up entirely in your name.
Prices and payment
Your quote is fixed and given to you in writing before any work begins. There are no surprise charges. Payment is due as set out in that quote.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy with the service, you can ask for a refund within 14 days.
Terms and conditions apply. Any fees that have already been paid out on your behalf to other companies — for example domain registration, hosting, or other prepaid third-party services — cannot be refunded, because they have already been spent on your project.
What you own
When the work is done, everything is yours — your website, your domain, and every account, all registered in your name. You are never locked in.
Your part
To build your site I need the basics from you: your business details, any photos or words you want used, and answers when I check in. The faster you reply, the faster you go live.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
